What water do YOU drink? Carbonated drinks and some bottled waters are acidic (pH 2.3-6.9)!

Food​

I eat mostly organic. Small extra price to pay to keep the worst of the "chemicals" away.

I prepare most of my foods, from scratch, mostly healthy. Grass-fed beef, fish, little dairy.

I sprout seeds: clover, alfalfa, mung, broccoli, peas and chickpeas - I rotate the crops!

I drink ionized water, organic herbal teas, organic coconut water a bit, and, a very occasional alcoholic drink.

I make my own almond-hemp-Brazil nut milk - weekly. It takes about 15 min from beginning thru cleanup.
