We take our health seriously and we want you too as well. Please enjoy our products' benefits, but if you are not satisfied, please call or email us to discuss. Some products are "consumables" and are not returnable if opened or used, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Some products have specific return policies, as stated below.

If you received free shipping and handling, the original charges will be deducted from your refund. Your return shipping charges are not refundable and we suggest you send it insured for your protection. In addition, original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We often include free goodies with purchases, and these are yours to keep and enjoy!

We provide as much information as possible on our products before ordering to allow the consumer to make an informed choice. Unless otherwise stated, all warranties are between the product's manufacturer and the purchaser. We make no other express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period.

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. When you contact us we will provide the proper address for your return.

URparamount is NOT responsible for packages misdelivered by United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the US Post Office. We make every effort for our customers to avoid additional fees, tariffs or taxes that may be levied at the time of delivery by any US State or foreign country, however, we are not responsible for these additional fees, tariffs or taxes. In addition, if the customer provided a faulty address upon ordering, customer will be charged for misdelivered, returned and/or extra UPS or USPS charges. Thank you for your understanding.

Replacement of damaged goods received by the customer will be made if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please keep all damaged packing materials for inspection by UPS or USPS.

Additional Rife 101 Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

Use the Rife 101 Energy System for up to 90 days from date of receipt, 24 hours a day if you like. The machine can take it! During this time, share it with your family, friends, neighbors, bridge club, congregation and others. Call or email us for helpful suggestions as often as you like! We are here for you! We can help you with program choices, electrode placement, custom programming and general usage.

If you are not happy at the end of 90 days, send it all back. We'll refund your purchase price minus a $75 return fee covering the free shipping and re-furbishing. Of course if parts are missing or damaged we have to charge you for them. After the unit is found to be in good working condition, we'll promptly refund your money and thank you for trying our Rife 101 Bio-frequency System! The free gifts you received with your purchase are yours to keep and enjoy!

Most customers keep their Rife machines. We RARELY have folks send them back.

We only want happy customers! We even want happy EX-CUSTOMERS! We have now instituted a "Buy-Back" program after the 90 day return period. Should you feel, even after 90 days, that you don't want to keep your Rife machine, the following policy will apply. If you received a discount on the unit for some reason, we deduct the discount from the refund amount and $150 per month (or any part of a month) that you've had the unit, in addition to the 90-day policy above.

Our customers are happy they have the Rife 101 unit on hand when something strikes - bruises, broken bones, SHINGLES (I stopped shingles COLD), flu, colds, bronchitis, heart condition, blood clots, stroke, pneumonia, burns, constipation, dental infection, gout, hemorrhoids, joint pain, impotence, insomnia, bug bites, spine subluxations, muscle spasms - you get the idea - things that come out of nowhere and broadside you. If you have the Rife machine on hand, you stand a chance of nipping it in the bud. Your loved ones too. Think hard before sending it back!

Three Year Warranty Includes Parts & Labor:

The Rife 101 used to come with a One Year Warranty and it was upgradable for $249 to a Three Year Warranty. But we found that the unit just doesn't break. There's actually GOLD contacts under those buttons! And, the Rife 101 is made in the USA using top quality parts and accessories.

Your Rife 101 machine comes with a THREE YEAR WARRANTY and it's upgradable to a Five Year Warranty anytime before the initial 3 years end, for $249 in the first 14 days or $349 after that. This includes parts & labor. You pay the shipping to us, we pay the shipping back to you.

There is no warranty card needed as your purchase will be recorded in our system.

Your warranty is completely voided if the unit's casing is opened or tampered with in any way, or you've sold the machine.

NOTE: All Rife 101 Energy System accessories come with a one year warranty.

No repairs, whether under warranty or not, can be made without prior notification. Please call or email us first for troubleshooting advice. Sometimes it's a simple issue and there's nothing wrong with the unit. We will refuse unauthorized shipments. You must contact us for the proper shipping address for repairs and packing instructions.

If your unit is no longer under warranty and needs repairs, we require a $50 deposit towards expected repairs with your credit card on file for the final cost. Repair costs are extremely reasonable, and very, rare.

Additional Water Ionizer Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your ionizer, returns will be accepted under one of the following conditions, provided all parts and accessories are included:

If you HAVE NOT used the water ionizer and NOT removed it from the box or packing material and it is received by us in "NEW SALEABLE" condition, it is subject to a FULL refund, less any shipping & handling charges.

If you HAVE opened the ionizer but NOT used it, your refund is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

If you HAVE opened the ionizer and USED it, your refund is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee plus the retail cost of a new filter(s).

NOTE: If parts, accessories, hoses, manuals, etc. are missing, and/or the packing material and box are in poor condition, the replacement cost of these items will be deducted from your refund.

All of our water ionizers come with a 3 or 5 year parts & labor warranty, and some have a limited lifetime warranty. Please review your warranty and return the card upon receipt of your products.

Your new water ionizer comes with a manufacturer's warranty and is serviced in the United States. Proof of purchase may be needed for warranty service. Please call for further service information. The warranty is voided if the ionizer has been subjected to tampering, alteration, hot water, soft water, well water or improper use after delivery or has been repaired by anyone other than an authorized representative.

Within 30 days of receiving your product, returns will be accepted under one of the following conditions:

You must Contact Us within 30 days of receipt if you want to send back your purchase. We will email you packing and shipping information, including the proper address to ship your return. You must ship in original box with original packing and all paperwork, parts and accessories.

Your purchase price will be promptly refunded minus a 10% re-stocking fee and the charge for the original shipping to you. We strongly suggest you fully insure your item for return, shipping it with a tracking number. Return shipping charges must be paid by the purchaser and are not refundable.

Breakage in shipping must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Warranty issues are handled directly with the manufacturer.
