Shipping Destinations

Depending on the product(s) ordered, we may not be able to ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address for shipping purposes when available. If only a P.O. Box is available, you may incur a shipping surcharge. International shipping is available. Please call for price quotes.

Shipping Methods

Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use both United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS), depending on the most economical and safest way for your item(s) to reach you. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments. Some oversized or special handling orders will need to be shipped via Common Carrier. The shipping charge and approximate shipping time will be noted at Checkout, and if not we will call you to discuss delivery options. Delivery of oversized or special handling orders will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Split Shipments

For multiple-item orders, some items may ship from different location and you will therefore receive more than one package. We send you both tracking numbers via your email address.

Shipment Delivery Time

Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select. Most orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Depending on shipment method chosen, your location and the shipping location, your order will usually reach you within 10 business days, usually within 7 business days. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. If shipment of your order is delayed, URparamount.com will notify you by email.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes and/or from multiple locations.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment if possible and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call shippingPolicy, Inc. Customer Service (561-291-9780) to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

Shipping Refunds

Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a part or item sent to you in error. As for product returns, please see our Return Policy.
